team at Portuguese Villas can provide finances in a Portuguese
bank of up to 90% of the appraised value of the home over
a maximum of 30 years. The interest rate will be: 3.45 variable.
We also are directly authorised by the Financial Services
Authoirty in the UK. This means we can offer advice on all
aspects of raising finance on your UK security towards your
Portuguese purchase.
The
documents that we will require from you are as follows:
1)
1 year of Tax returns/P45/P60
2) 3 – 6 months of your salary payslips (income)
3) 3 – 6 months of your bank statements
We
will also require 400.00 euros for the administration charges
for the Portuguese bank to confirm the above details are correct
with your UK bank and place of work; this also makes the process
more efficient for you.
Portuguese
Villas will also organise a Fiscal number (tax number) for
you (and your partner) which will enable you to open a Portuguese
bank account which you will need for the loan. Of course we
can organise this for you, via our contacts in Portugal.
